In January 2008, an anonymous musician, working under the pseudonym of Schwein Eimer began a music project which would see him recording a downloadable double-track single each month for the duration of the year.

The aim was to collaborate with a different bunch of musicians each month and record an original track and a cover version of either one of their songs or a personal favourite.

The resulting 24 tracks are collected here, with a further 6 songs that were recorded by Schwein Eimer in 2009.
